Malay

Malay cuisine is cuisine of ethnic Malays in Malaysia, Indonesia (parts of Sumatra and West Kalimantan), Singapore, Brunei, Southern Thailand. Malay Malaysian Food consists of many spices and richness of rice and coconut milk which the famous delicious examples are Nasi Lemak, Nasi Kerabu,Laksa and Satay.

Chinese

Chinese cuisine is derived from the culinary traditions of Chinese Malaysian immigrants and their descendants, who have adapted or modified their culinary traditions under the influence of Malaysian culture and the famous examples are Bak Kut Teh, Char Kuey Teow and Dim Sum.

Indian

Malaysian Indian dish is likely to be redolent with curry leaves, whole and powdered spice, and contains fresh coconut in various forms. Ghee is still widely used for cooking, although vegetable oils and refined palm oils are now commonplace in home kitchen and the famous examples are Roti Canai, Banana Leaf Rice and Capathi.
